Warrant: 21165594 | Hatten is wanted by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshal’s Service Fugitive Taskforce for Sexual Battery (With Physical Force or Injury) stemming from an incident that occurred on October 26, 2009, in the area of 127th Avenue E and 15th Street N in north Tampa. Detectives report that the victim was sexually assaulted by four, unknown black male suspects. Two of the suspects were identified as a result of DNA hits in CODIS, the national DNA database. Detectives obtained warrants for both suspects, B/M Vanord Rutherford, who was taken into custody on December 31, 2009, and B/M Steven Rosha Hatten, who is still at large.
