Fletcher Avenue. Miss Mowrey is a causcasian female, 18 years of age, 5’1” tall, weighs 145 lbs., has dyed brownish/green hair, and was last seen wearing black slacks and a black smock. Miss Mowrey did not report to the school and has never returned home.
